Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Yanto, meaning this site and the product at app.yanto.io. By using Yanto you agree to them. If you use Yanto for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

What Yanto does

Yanto reads the public pages of a website you give it, builds a brand profile from them, suggests topics worth writing about, drafts articles in your voice, and publishes them to a destination you connect. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing section of our homepage.

Your account

You can try Yanto without an account; your work is only kept once you create one. Keep your sign-in details private, because you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@yanto.io if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

• Only point Yanto at websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
• Do not create or publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful.
• Do not try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access anyone else's account or content.
• Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you put in (your website, your notes, your brand profile) and of the articles you generate. You give us permission to process that material for the sole purpose of running the service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not publish it anywhere you have not asked us to.

AI drafts need your review

Articles are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, out of date, or unintentionally similar to text that already exists. Read every draft before you publish it: once it goes out under your name, it is your content and your responsibility. Yanto does not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or business result.

Destinations you connect

When you connect a CMS, repository or endpoint, you confirm you are allowed to publish there. Yanto publishes on your instruction only. We are not responsible for those systems, their availability, or what happens to content after it lands on them.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing and has monthly limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never store your card details. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability and changes to the product

We work to keep Yanto running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features can change or be removed as the product develops, and we will tell you in advance if something you rely on is going away.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@yanto.io. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. When an account closes, access ends and content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

Liability

Yanto is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will post it here and give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Yanto after that means you accept the new terms.
